any words of wisdom on how i might be able to balance this chakra as i have been in quite severe pain now in my stomach most nights for more than a week...

Mon, May 5, 2008 - 4:51 AMI went thru a phase upon awakening for four or five months where my stomach hurt so damn bad that all I wanted to do was sit on the couch and smoke weed. everything else hurt. I could barely even eat.
I was living in NYC at the time. drinking milk. eating meat.
I'm a vegetarian now and get a lot more sunshine.
Learn some breathing techniques
and practice them. eat well, dance around.
that should do the trick.
try some wormwood tea. extremely bitter.... -

she knew there was a lot happening starting in the area of my tummy.
i think it will help.
i was finally able to eat some dinner lastnight and tonight :)
i have been doing some balancing of the chakras too. -

i do have plans to go to a trance night here on fri tho.
i really havent been feeling great lately.
i think ive been out dancing maybe 4 times since i got hit.
often pay for it the next day...
we'll see how it goes this weekend.
what i should be doing is spinning at home tho.

Wed, May 7, 2008 - 9:29 PMpiksee, imperial topaz is a really good choice for this. it is specific for the pancreas and opens the solar plexus very quickly...i have also noticed that it strengthens your entire energetic field. one of my favorite crystals, and one i have seen help a lot of people. i would get a rough piece and wear it in a pouch over your solar plexus. -

its batter you stop it for some day....and in other view you go to the doctor also.........see if the exersize more then it is also not good to helth...in same that way let your energy calm....and mean while you again try to analise and realise that what is the nessecity of this dhyan?....................
In your post you put your word it looks like that you want be make others egry in what you are doing and they reply you accordingly.....hey serch the correct answer ...thats why i told analise and then realise........and if that dhyan is nessecury fo you then do it in correct manner coz any thyan can not result negatively...coz lits flow always towards absolut...Aditya -

Mon, May 12, 2008 - 7:21 PMAnger/resentment is held in the liver, and passing stones from the liver or gall bladder can hurt. I ended up in the ER with a rush surgery to remove my gall bladder because it was full of stones and about to burst. Look at colon and liver cleanses as well as the crystal energies. -

i have a hereditary kidney disease and had an ultra sound not too long ago so dont think i have stones of any type.
thank goodness.
im pretty sure it is emotional as i have run into stomach issues in the past whenever i feel stressed.
was working on a sleep problem for 6 months in relation to a car accident for almost 6 months before the stomach pains came along.
i had hypnosis and healing touch today.
my stomach has already really started calming down. the topaz ring the other night really helped me sleep i think.
ive also been balancing the solar plexus chakra at night by holding my heart chakra with one hand the solar plexus with the other.
sometimes i think 'love' and sometimes i think 'confidence'. i also use aromatherapy on my solar plexus at night.
