Tuning

I've been working a fair bit with 'tuning' the chakras. this involves getting them to resonate in relation to each other, in a way that is balanced.

The amazing thing about wavelengths is they work in harmonious patterns whether they are expressed in light, sound, liquid, chi... or any other form. The core principal is their relationship to each other. when wavelengths vibrate at different frequuencies, they are literally 'crossing' each other, at different rates.

The two most powerful relationships are fairly straightforward. 2:3 and 2:4 (1:2) when a wavelength is double another wavelength, it is, in sound, one octave above the original one. It is termed the same 'note' a D, and a higher D. Then double the higher one... and you still ahve a D!

the 2:3 ratio is really interesting because it is the half way mark to the next octave up. Thus 'notes' that are in this ration sound really good together. This is why music works as it works - almost every chord that is comonly used in western music relies on the 2:3 ratio, and then builds on top of it.

so the same thing works in our bodies. the idea that each chakra is naturally tuned to one frequency is... quyestionable. Try tuning your own chakras to each other, through intent. Then intend to change the frequency, and feel what happens..

    :)

I believe that the 'otherworldy' experiences I have had on dancefloor dancing to drum and bass are a reflection of awareness of multiple octaves.. The frequencies in the music are very often doubled in octave and all manor of harmonic tuning/processing is applied to specifically accentuate harmonics and rhythms.

The basis of all sound is (as far as waveform and frequency is concerned), the sine wave... so it is taught anyway.

which brings an interesting angle to my mayan 'birth code'.. which includes the phrase 'guided by my power doubled'..

    All sines/signs in that sense.

Thanks for sharing again bro', inspiring as all-ways.

kaiya-- forgive me but seeing numbers just makes my mind all jumbly. i want to understand what you are saying. i am a musician so i will understand it if you just use letters to describe the pitches. Can you do that so that I am clear? Thanks!

Great... can you post some examples/samples of the ones you like.

Few years ago (when my Kundalini was not awakened) I used to workout in my Gym. Whenever I felt lacking stregnth I used to put 'Narayan by The Prodigy' from their album Fat of the land.

You can hear it on youtube but its too compressed.
    www.youtube.com/watch

This song is pure energy. Especially in the end.

I also loved 'Om Namo' from Bhakta of mymastermusic.com as it always made me cry.

Now every night before going to bed I tune my seven chakras with Lom Vom Rom Yom Hom Om Om and then down. The crown opens, flowers shower, the white ray hits on spinning every chakra down the way, filling the body with light, then extending out from the feet, flowing into the earth, filling it too, then expanding into the whole universe...

    Aummmmmm............ :)
