12 Chakras 3 etheric' 9 within the body as subtle swirls' same as the Tree of life, Ten Sephirot, standing on earth' =11 because we stand on earth' we take one reflection out of the twelve, making 11' Chakras on earth' 12' the twelth in the count is the same as the reflction of God head, mind' so we don't count it twice'

It is impotrant to get these chakras balanced' the direction correct' they spin to maintain the + - of our right left' left right spin of the DNA coil' All is light reflection' from the original duality'

Note the spin from the posative to the negative gives the coil' it is called the tripple reverse electro-magnetic spin of the helix coil ( wow I love teacher plants)

Any meditation tech, be it Yoga' Tia chi' or Pranic breathing' or focus meditation, or learning the art of Zen' only involves one allowing the concious mind to slip below the filters slightly and tap into the electro magnetic energy being released by the light exchange of the DNA molecule' Postires do the same thing, only allowign for more of a phusical natural reflection, hence the learning gained form posture'
Th min learns from body movement, mind then transposes this energy into electro-magnetic energy, oif which htis protien cells changin gtheir shape forever, hence we learn and the DNA molecule build this information in the genteic code' as genetic memory'

Pranic breathing fills this tube with light energy, which in turn feeds the light body by reflection'
This is of why you ge the rush as of when the coil of energy is released'

We are 4 dimensional beings living within a 12 dimentional space' we inhabit all of these dimension simultainiuosly' it is the law of balance of + and - sides of the atom electrons that make us'

You take your right hand and point your thumb as if your are hitch-hiking' now point the thumb at the Chakra centre' the way in which the fingers curl is the direction of the spin of the Chakra'

So the hand Chakras spin outwards along each index finger' one hitch hike thumb into the left palm, see the rotation goes down the index finger' one hitch - hike thumb into the right palm' the fingers curl gives the direction of rotation' it is the same direction in both hands'

Our light body is an egg about nine feet high, we sit in the middle of this egg'

So Mr Yogi' of where did you learn your Chakras' and your meditation'~
For of what I know of myself and all of this reflection' I believe I am the GURU here'~
