Has anyone noticed that certain events and emotions are actually the bioenergy being concentrated in a particular chakra?
I've noticed that sometimes my heart seems to be the focus of my bioenergy, or sometimes it's my solar plexus, or laryngochakra.
When I notice a chakral monopolization, I usually gently redistribute energy to the surrounding chakras and then to all of the chakras evenly.
Does anyone else do this?
